Elderly & Functional Training
Maintaining Mobility to Safely Enjoy Daily Life
As we age, muscle strength, balance, walking ability and joint mobility may gradually change, increasing difficulty with daily activities and the risk of falls. We provide personalised functional training for older adults, focusing on improving lower limb strength, balance, walking, transfers and daily living activities.
All training must first be assessed by a physiotherapist and adjusted according to the patient's physical condition, activity capacity and safety needs.
